New Hampshire Is Fighting Back Hard Against Plans to Append the Process in 2024
The DNC rules and bylaws committee approved a plan for a new primary schedule that would put South Carolina first. The move came after President Biden recommended South Carolina, the state that launched his comeback in 2020, be the first state of the nominating process. New Hampshire lawmakers are pushing back forcefully on the proposal with a Republican governor calling any attempt to change the state's law dead on arrival.
