What Is a Repudiator-Y Breach of Contract?

It is not sufficient that the employer has acted unreasonably. The breach of contract may be actual or anticipatory. It must be sufficiently serious to justify an employee resigning. But identifying what constitutes a repudiator-y breach of contract is often far from straight forward. An employee must, well, one, identify the alleged breach of contract. Two, they must establish the evidential basis of the claim, which is usually indisput.
