The Crunch in the Gaming Industry

The reality of crunch in the gaming industry is something I'm glad it's finally getting noticed and let me just giddy up on my high horse here. The more that people talk to each other about working conditions and like share your salary, share your lives, it's never going to get better unless we actually demand better. Where's season one? Fortnite have season? Quick season, they have. We're not going to have a healthy, deep cycle. People are going to get to live like human beings because they did good work, dammit.
