i don't think most people are used to thinking about health care from an international standpoint. But at a time when borders and bordering are determinates of human disposability, we absolutely have to be internationalist in our politics. And that means exploring what that demands of us in relation to issues we might normally think of as local or domestic. One thing i really appreciated about health communism was its emphasis on international ism. We've seen a kind of resurgence in the recent decade or so, of a kind of approach towards health justice that is looking much more beyond the borders of individual nations.
