How Are Russia's Mobilization Efforts Developing?
The level of equipment training seems to vary by unit and region. I think that from Ukraine perspective, these forces are not well trained but their leadership is actually going to vary depending on the unit they're in. But more significantly, the real question is what's going to happen three to four months from now. The Ukrainians take this threat more seriously.
