The Importance of Other Relationships

There's a lot of pressure there to look a certain way. And I'm sure, and I've heard on your podcast, I've heard this has come up a couple of times,. There's the idea of, you know, we are whole beings. We're multifaceted, and if we can't, if we're pressing an aspect of our being, it's difficult to bring our authentic self to the relationship. So releasing that pressure is by recognizing that because we're whole beings that it's healthy than to have relationships that are friends for other reasons. The point being, there's so much pressure that it has to feel good all the time.
