The Freedom and Responsibility of Working for Netflix

For me, it's pretty much what drives me. I love having impact. I love knowing that everything I do, millions of people use it and see it. It totally highlights the whole freedom and responsibility of Netflix where I can really touch any part of the app. And I can say, absolutely, that I did that, and that was my decision.
