I think a lot of the times people are afraid of meditation or that silent experience because of what they might find. I really want to know, like, what are people most afraid of when they start this practice or what prevents people from this practice? Yeah. The beauty of anger is that it is just a feeling. It's an energy. And if we can be really present with the energy of anger, we can see how it actually sharpens us in that moment. But to get to that place, we have to be really familiar and be in a good relationship with our bodies. Our bodies contain so much emotional wounds, trauma and things like that.
