A lot of companies are going to that puberty stage where they're saying, okay, I need to bring in experience executive to help me lead this team and kind of level us up. But now there's this conflict with the traditional values or the learned behaviors built by the C-suite which has been there front since the start. "I think describing it as a growing pain is exactly the right vocabulary to use when talking about these things," he says.
