Women's Leadership

I think that women do have unique capabilities, and i don't think it's necessarily anete. I would chock it up to the need for exceptional women to become exceptional in all parts of their lives. And so if that makes us uniquely suited to be a c s o, i think the logical next step is c s o are uniquely then qualified to take on all other parts of leadership. So i think we're starting to see more women make their way into elements of leadership that are not simply related to sustain ability but doing so through that sustain ability pathway. That's just one more way to make cracks in that glass ceiling.
