Every set that you do is going to be slightly less of a stimulus than the previous set. If we use very well training, we're talking five plus years of experience, we would see an even smaller dose response than those people. I think probably 90% of the results that you're ever going to get are going to occur from a very low degree of quote unquote volume sets performed to failure.
