Lean Gain

The goal is to spend more time in a calory surplus, as opposed to the more traditional where you're lean bulking until you're just too fat. In most people, it's at least eight weeks or 12 weeks before you are lean enough to do your next round of lean bulking. But again, use that calory surplus for the timing. Maybe it's a month or something. Depends on a obviously, very obviously, it depends on various factors. It may be more enjoyable to do what i've suggested this would be on an individual level.
