Heracles - The Hero of the Trojan War

Heracles, whose name ironically means glory of hero, was hated by hera. Hera had zeus swear an oath to this claim, and so began her hatred of heracles. Hero also played a large role in the events that led to the trojan war. This story begins with the nymph thetis, more commonly known as the mother of achilles.
