How Do You Know What a Leader Looks Like?
The number one tacte that you can't control as a leader is to get, you know, your team, and to get them know as individuals first. So if you self disclose, its a leader that makes you seem more trustworthy in the eyes of othersa. You're sharing something you don't have to share. Things that are not work related at all can't be very revealing about yourself. And that certainly at least builds a bridge of trust that the other person says. But it's a dedication and a commitment to to really building long lasting relationships, which i's not easy to do. Ah, soit requires a lot of effort.
