A lot of people think it's just this frustrating and annoying thing, which yes, it can be at first and it's just a habit that you need to change. But your time tracking will really open your eyes. You will find out how often you actually get distracted. And then also to identify what that's like a list of things that I need to be like creating as a resource to hand off to my team member. Now I know how much time I can outsource to a current team member and that it's not going to overwork them because I could see their data on top of the data I'm about to handoff to them or create these SOPs.
