I Wish I Had Done What I Wanted to Do

Five things that would have made the person happier. I wish i had stayed in touch with my friends. And number five, i wish that i had let myself be happier. What do you think that means? It sounds like somebody of that that ilk saying, if only i had done what i wanted to and followed my impulses then i would have been happier. This does seem like if they did this in america, and an american nurse wrote it, i would think that these five would be among the most common. As nilive points out, they are the cles cliceye.
