The Importance of Aspirin in the Management of ACS

The first thing you're going to do for this patient is a loading dose of aspirin. Aspirin irreversibly inhibits the cyclo oxygenase enzyme which is normally involved in the creation of thromboxane A2. And finally ensure that those ECG cables aren't under tension and ideally clothing the upper clothing should be removed from the torso to prevent movement artifact.
