The History of TGI Fridays
In the late 1980s and early 1990s, TGI Fridays had a reputation as being the place with the really good, really well made higher end cocktails. "I did work maybe seven or 10 nights as a busboy in a TGI Fridays when I was about 17," he says. The bar is organized based on Whiskey, gin, rum, brandies,. And then I've got a spot for common modifier liqueurs like Benedictine or Chartreuse which we might talk about later.
