The spiritual habits program is based on an old parable. There's two wolves inside of us that are always a battle, you know, which one wins the one that you feed. Ultimately, I think at its base, the parable is it talks about choice. It says our actions and our thoughts matter. They matter to what type of life we have. And so how do we actually translate what we believe in or what we think is a better way to live into the way we actually live?
Eric Zimmer is a behavior coach, podcast host, and author inspired by the quest for a greater understanding of how our minds work and how to intentionally create the lives we want to live. Eric is the host of 'The One You Feed'. The show features conversations with experts across many fields of study about how to create a life that has less suffering and more fulfillment and meaning.
In this conversation Eric and Erik explore the differences between spirituality and religion and some of the wisdom he has gleaned from a variety of different spiritual practices he has observed over the years.
