Logging Experiments Are Impacting Customer Service Tickets
The sign up an loggin one was a good example. Lenny riciskiwo now runs a newsletter, came to me at one point and said, hey, some of these experiments you're running around login are actually impacting my metricsa ha, ha. And so by increasing how many people were logging in, we were making it so that more people could see instant booking in the product - which then positively impacted his metric. So i think that tat kind of sparks interesting a product conversations, where you at least have that good founding, foundational data to make the decision.
