Usually your anger is, I find that angry parts are usually trying to protect people from a sense of annihilation. Like if I can get angry that I won't internalize whatever it is that you're trying to push on to me. If I absorb you maybe I'll disappear and I won't be there at all. Right so I got to be angry or I don't exist anymore.
