Voters rejected a proposal to build a $2.1 billion entertainment development near Tempe, Arizona that would have constructed a new hockey arena. The NHL's Arizona Coyotes will not have a new place to call home for the coming season. We're going to speak with Bloomberg's Max Adler on the ramifications of this special vote.
