How to Introduce a Narrative to a Company

We have a customer right now with 80,000 employees and they crossed 1000 people creating courses. Your north star metric for the product changed as a result of getting clear on the story. We built it as a sales deck as I almost all the time do. How did you install it into the company where now sales is using it? It's on the website. And we did it slowly in the sense that we have a business. We have 60 reps changing the sales phone isn't something we do overnight.
