Could new privacy police alter views on cybersecurity?

California seems to be the leader in terms of a going half to sertn a rights to protect enou house hods, or data, or privacy. I think from a law enforcement perspective, you know, we always look at exigent circumstances and whether or not no information a private information. But i think the state is just trying to be pro active in a very liberal way in terms of protecting both a employer and a private citizen rights.
