The biggest challenge over the past few years and largely the last decade with low interest rates is that multiples have just been extremely high. You don't want to overpay at that current multiple because it's easy to talk yourself into the really bright future. If you pay too high of a price starting out, it doesn't matter if the revenue or the earnings are going to grow by a significant amount.
