Pilates is really kicking me like in shape shape like giving me your true definition. I was doing tricep pull downs and I got like a hoof on my shoulder slash bicep now. God gave me this 3 a.m. idea to call this podcast episode late day because leg day is my hardest day. It's one of those days to where it hurts the whole time, but after I feel amazing.
