Coaching Coaches - Communication Is the First One
Coaches working under FA guidelines trained by the FA you know should be delivering on the four corners which includes obviously includes psychosocial. So no massive buy by the majority observation of one was a tricky one really because when we talk about observation there's immediately connotations of I'm being watched and judged what is that person you know. What we chose to do was almost curricularize it which again isn't perfect because there's opportunities to teach these all in every session but if you want to deliver something to players to coaches we curricularized it so we had kind of three or four weeks per pillar where there was a focus then we had to negotiate what the order of these pillars were in
