The One Who Made the Mountains

The psalmist is saying, when i lift my eyes to the mountain, i see this natural protection. But you know where my help really comes from? The one who made the mountains. Like, there's one who's bigger than the mountains, and it's the one who made em, and that's the lord. In historically, it would be disproportionately, planning over praying disproportionately. It would have a fury of activity without a ceasing and stopping and trusting. I think the mountains and this text represent their difficulties in life.
