Mister Pelkington and Mister Frederick Don't Like Each Other

Mister jones was kicked out of his farm by the animals. The other farmers sympathize in general, but they don't really help him because they're also competing with him. There's two farms next to animal farms and these neighbors also don't like each other. However, both the neighbors are frightened by the rebellion on animal farm, and they want to prevent their own animals from learning about it. But they won't co operate. They won't help each other, and they won't help mistr jones.
