Career Paths for Designers

James: I think we all started as a junior level, right? Just doing the CAD work rendering at a certain point though. In order to keep progressing in your career, you kind of had to pick a path. You either rise the ranks in your company, come a senior level designer and then eventually a manager where you're not doing much design. Or you break away and specialize really, you know, really deeply in some part of the design industry. And then the third idea was design entrepreneurship.
