If we're not running with good technique and we're doing too much of it we put ourselves at risk of musculoskeletal injury, based on what we just talked earlier of cardiac injury. No one knows the dose per individual that either puts them at risk or is you know that the sweet spot of long long stuff right we'd be we'd make a fortune if we could come up with a pill that came up with that magic pill for the exact load that every athlete needs.
