Exercise is an obvious one and we've got tons of data that exercise can be helpful for mental disorders. Even serious ones like schizophrenia. There's a research group in Vermont that's making their hospitalized schizophrenic patients exercise. So I'll say every patient that I have I push exercise on. And so if I'm so convinced of this metabolic connection between mental disorders and metabolic disorders if we do a metabolic intervention could it possibly help? Well you know my work is on the ketogenic diet and so I'll stay focused on that.
