The Non-Hierarchical Nature of Teaching

In the nursing world, at least my experience, this doesn't really happen, right? The people who teach are the people who are old and experienced. And it was very surprising to me, again, coming from this background where a junior nurse would never go to an experienced nurse and say, let me tell you how you could be better. Just because you've been doing something for a long time doesn't mean you can't learn something and vice versa.
