Regulatory on Absolute Student Outcomes
We are not regulating directly on student outcomes. There's this sort of narrative that we're gong toapply an ulgaritm related to people's outcomes, and then it produces a result that could not be further than the truth. We think tha student outcomes should form part of a regulatory decision. So they do care about students. Do care about whether thy're oing to get a job. And if you've got a situation where a university is recruiting loads of students from disadvantage backgrounds and then letting them drop out...that isn't serving those disadvantaged students.
