Cop 26 - What Are the Big Commitments?
Mackelly: There is a risk of corporate capture and message capture of the policy maker. He says it's easier to explain why an electric baker is better than internal combustion engine man. But those are equally important, and that's where i think policy needs to progress. Mackelly: Is a global frame more comcarbonprising? I doubt we will see it coming out of cop 26.
