E2 E4 genotype, which is 2% or less of the population. We feel as though there was probably some degree of protective mechanism hundreds of thousands of years ago. It's just a bit of an, certainly the Apple E4 is a bit of a mismatch in modern Western society because of the gene that was designed for pretty much getting you through the early stages of your life.
