Rent Control
Rent control laws have been changed to allow market rents to rise. This has led to an increase in housing stock, but also a distortion of the market. The policy could be good for slum slums like darove, where they have their own business enterprises as well, but not for slums. We need a middle crown to be able to provide real, affordable housing.
