CHAPTER

The Effect of Cloneotypes on the Immune Response

There is you know about 20 to 40 cloneotypes per mouse and they show that it's about usually two or three cloneotypes are dominating the immune response. They detect a lot of tetramer specific cells in the end when it comes to the percentages of like the predominance of which clone is about two or three. So this they go back a notch and they try to look into the the transition between the naive to the effector kind of repertoire. And they do they do something that I didn't think was possible but I guess it's quite quite cool is that they look into synfectial reactive T cells from naive black six mice.
