The Benefits of Social Media for Artists
I think social media is great at that, particularly if people have seen you and seen you and heard you. There's something very strange that happens when that tiny little, you know, three by four inch screen is suddenly transmitted to seeing you and meeting you in real life. People often feel like they know me because they follow me on social media. I've had people walk in and they've seen me paint it online and then they've burst into tears,. And then I'm crying and it's just so lovely.
