The Importance of Grassfed Pork

There's over 200,000 plant species on earth and humans can only eat a few thousand of them. Only a few hundred of those plants have actually been domesticated to the point where we would eat them. pasture is pork is lower in omega 6 fatty acids making the ratio closer to 5 to 1 omega6 to omega 3 as compared to 13 to 1 omega 6 to omega 3 in conventional or grain fed pork. This is really important because this is an area of our land that can be managed and improved upon by bringing some native species back into that area.
