The First Interval, Station and Ambrosia
The work teaches that we need to have tools for that first interval. Then comes fossola and fossola is called, I think it's ambrosia and station. It's like where you got past the first interval and now, you know, you're further along. Second interval says just because you reached station and ambrosia doesn't mean you get to reach completion. So can you make it? Right?
