Frank creates very hard to read Domisale yourself. Miami is a good place to do it because you can just whip across to the Bahamas. But if you're a US citizen, foreign banks aren't going to want to serve you anyway. Because then they're risking American regulators coming in and messing with them. There are regulatory hotspots that are absolutely opening up. Abu Dhabi, Hong Kong,. Switzerland, Luxembourg. So there's places where people are going. If you're an American, I would say you don't really have a choice. Like, you're kind of stuck here.
