Pragozan's Criticism of Russia's Military Leadership
The assurance came from Moscow after Pragozan said that his forces would withdraw from Bakhmud on May 10th. He was saying they would hand over, you know, the areas they controlled to other Russian forces. But it sounds like now he has decided to stay because of the assurances that he got.
