Stonehenge Is Not a Henge Yet
Stonehenge is a henge with some stones near by, rather than its being a stone henge. There's an idea that it was a place in anglo saxon times of execution. One person was decapitated and buried in the middle of stonehenge during this period. Would richard's henge now classify as a henge? If you were to create a continuous circuit of stones all the way round your field, yer, that would be a henge. That is what i am aiming for.
