The Problem With Mainstream Institutions Addressing the Problems of Boys and Men
Andrew Tate is a Romanian-British internet influencer who until he was deplatformed from TikTok had 12 billion TikTok views. He posts short-form video content which at its worst is just straightforward misogyny. Hannah's view is the books like mine or hers that point to the ways in which boys and men are struggling in society actually fuel the flames of that reaction. I think exactly the opposite. If mainstream institutions don't acknowledge and address the problems of boys and men, if they're real, that creates a vacuum into which demons, poor, like Andrew Tate and others, we are doing their work for them.
