How to Rewire the Way That Your Brain Works
Next time you accomplish something, and you start to feel yourself having those thoughts, re direct those thoughts. Narnim saying, put it physically on paper. Congratulate yourself on paper, and physically write down that you're going to let yourself enjoy it. Another example of this would be, a year or so, where i was feeling a lot of shame about my past.
