The Risk of Bullying Harassment
A person who has legitimately been bullied harass overworked within each of their life that has you know a potential risk attached to it. You can say now they're being performance managed their job is at risk and experiencing job insecurity okay. It's very explicit and I think well I've not felt comfortable raising any of these issues previously and now I'm gonna raise them and so but then it seems like the automatic reaction is well this is vexations it's just in response to the fact you're a rubbish performer, he says.
