UCL only requires one letter, like many UK universities. You don't actually have to send anything through the mail,. No post or anything like that. It's all done online as well. What about getting a student visa? Was that complicated? From some people, yes. If you're from the EU, it's quite easy. And also you get, so you have to pay for the health insurance here, even if you are from the EU. But you can get the money back because your home insurance covers it. So it's a little complicated, but you still don't have to pay that much.
