The Different Causes of Vertigo
I'll take vertigo first and then see if I can somehow layer on hiccups. The big things for me that I found with patients, at least as an internist, has really been to flush out what do they mean by vertigo? And we only have the cheap complaint, but I think that it's really important to ask the patient and hopefully Dr. Berkowitz can help me better ask this or tease this apart. But I think patients often will talk a lot about room spinning and dizziness kind of in the same bucket.
