Darby is a hotspot for property investment because of its high wages and employment. The city also has lots of rental demand, but not much quality stock in the way of high-end rentals. This means that capital growth we feel will be on its way over the long term. And possibly most important for us, certainly from a lifestyle point of view, is we look for a hassle-free hold.
